Guidelines
All submissions can only be completed online
Deadline for Abstract Submission is September 16, 2011 (JST: GMT+9)
Stage 1
- Proposer needs to submit an abstract of no more than 300 words for the proposed paper, case studies or poster. Abstract will be used for program review.
Stage 2
- All proposals will go through a strict review process. Proposers will be informed by 7 September 2011.
Stage 3
- All of the proposer should submit an extended summary (600-1000 words), including research question, methodology and research findings. The Extended summary will be printed in conference program. If case of lack of extended summary, short abstract will be placed.
Stage 4
- Submission of full papers after the conference is optional. Please refer to paper presentation guideline.
