COOPERATION　SYSTEM

　CRCAC cooperates with, and seeks advice from, external associate researchers and joint-school/local authority boards who are dealing actively with academic competence issues in Japan`s public schools. CRCAC also asks the boards of education in Japans` Prefectures and thirteen largest cities (formally known as ordinance-designated cities) to select contact members who not only provide advice to CRCAC, but also act as liaisons for research initiatives.
